A Question About Hillary Clinton's Freedom
With authorities investigating and the walls closing in on her, Hillary could be facing jail time. It appears that Hillary's only escape would be to win the presidency and then put the kibosh on the investigation. As unsavory as that sounds, that is exactly what she would do.
Should Hillary be held accountable for her action regardless, or should she be given special privilege because she is Hillary?

Under different circumstances, i.e., such inattention by a civilian could be regarded as an oversight. However, in the case of a senior politician, striving to eventually attain the highest office in the land, such a serious breach of the laws surrounding the confidentiality of matters concerning national security must be regarded criminal negligence. Clinton should hang her head in shame at her contemptible disregard for her country's secrets and await her arrest on a charge for conduct likely to aid our enemies. Side: Jail Hillary

She also received special training on what is classified and how to handle it and the proper protocol for protecting and transmitting such information. She completely disregarded it and claims her private server was allowed. The question I have is, who allowed it? Side: Jail Hillary

Either someone else, or some other body needs to be taken to task, or she has become delusional. This incident and the circumstances surrounding it need to be thoroughly and transparently investigated with the outcome being published openly in the public domain. She has dirtied in the nest and needs her nose rubbed in her own mess then deselected as a representative of the Democratic party. After this process we should then be looking at the commencement of legal proceedings by the N.S.A. It is an altogether too serious an issue to be pooh poohed in the hope that it will disappear and soon be forgotten about. Those pursuing the matter should do so with the utmost vigour and make sure that their inquiries do not run out of steam. Side: Jail Hillary

I don't hate her. But she can go to jail if they decide to with the overwhelming evidence (emails) that she hid. She is also a little cocky for sending emails that could threaten national security. I do wish she would at least be truthful about anything she may have done instead of denying people the truth. Side: Jail Hillary
