A game of "Jenga"

There are three sets of brand nonspecific stacking game blocks in three different sizes. one is smaller than Jenga, one is much larger, and one is the same as jenga. which of these three would you pick to play a game with to maximize the number of blocks stacked, and explain your reasoning.

To be clear, removing one block and putting it on top counts as 1 unit. regardless of the size of the block.

I'm sure there is a scientific reason why one size is the best size. I'll vote for the middle size. Too small and my fat fingers are likely to knock things over, and too big and it becomes more about keeping the larger mass blocks steady instead of actually maneuvering it.
