Aetna announced that they are exiting all the Obamacare exchanges. They lost 200 million!

Democrats have been telling you, since it's inceptions, how great Obamacare is. Even as it has been falling apart for years, these corrupt fools keep spewing their pathetic lies and rhetoric.

The low end voters will listen to all the pro Obamacare, pro Democrat rhetoric from the majority of Liberal biased media. They believe the lies of how Democrats insured 20 million more people on medicaid, no matter the fact that the ponzey scheme has always been unsustainable.

These 20 million people were simply guinea pigs for Democrat's pushing for sociaized helthcare. They knew how hard it is to take back free stuff. It could never last because the intelligent people in the room understood it was economically impossible to give so many people free healthcare on the backs of the middle class and young people.

It was a lie from the start and Democrats kept spewing the lies about giving everyone free helthcare with all the free coverages of abortion, birth control, mental, vision, maternity, etc. etc. etc.

Money grows on trees according to Democrats, and they will crucify any Republican that speaks the truth of the cost of healthcare.

The left doesn't care if it makes sense or not. These are people who were taught that they were victims and to oppose the "oppressor" at all costs, even to their own demise. With their left hand they say the right supports the rich and is the "oppressor". With their right hand they claim conservatives are all poor uneducated rednecks. It just depends on what they are arguing. And if all else fails begin shouting words like racist and bigot, hope it sticks and disengage from all intellectual debate.

Since the ACA took effect their profits have increased by billions! The reason they lost money last quarter is because of their failed merger with Humana and because they pulled out of the ACA exchange. Aetna even said, "the quarter was also impacted by reduced participation on the ACA's exchanges."

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services awarded $2.4 billion to 23 co-ops that were eventually created. However, the majority of the co-ops struggled to turn a profit, resulting in the collapse of 16 of the original 23 that received $1.5 billion in startup and solvency loans.

Now, with just seven co-ops remaining, regulatory filings show that many ended 2015 in the red.

Everyone is and has pulled out of Obamacare. Quit acting like a dried dog terd is made of gold. This thing was doomed to fail from the start.

They're only pulling out of obamacare in hopes that the republicans can repeal it and send us back decades to a free market system where they can make even more money because they can price gouge us to hell. Obamacare net gained them profits. Fromwithin youre retarded and do not know what the fuck youre talking about

Sending us back a decade would be improvement. Premiums were reasonable and the working class were statisfied overall, especially compared to now. Saving 20 million and sacrificing everyone else at the alter isn't progress. It's bull----.

Since Obamacare’s rollout in the fall of 2013, 16 co-ops that launched with money from the federal government have collapsed.

The co-ops, or consumer operated and oriented plans, were started under the Affordable Care Act as a way to boost competition among insurers and expand the number of health insurance companies available to consumers living in rural areas.

Now, just seven co-ops—Wisconsin’s Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative; Maryland’s Evergreen Health Cooperative; Maine Community Health Options; Massachusetts’ Minuteman Health; Montana Health Cooperative; New Mexico Health Connections; and Health Republic Insurance of New Jersey—remain.

Despite the grim financial footing from previous years, health care experts agree that it’s likely some—though not all—co-ops may remain standing for at least a few more years.

Obamacare is a failure there Snowflake ! Can you not deal with that reality ?

Sorry to burst your bubble, but this has gone to court and a judge has ruled that Aetna lied about the reason it dropped out of Obamacare. It did it to avoid scrutiny over it's merger.
