You are only racist if you say/do something racist. Supporting someone doesn’t mean you support all of thier views/actions. For example, if I were to support a congressman that was a known member of the KKK, but I only supported him for the laws he was making, then I wouldn’t necessarily be a racist. Side: No.

Denying the existence of race isn't really racism; racism is defined as "a belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race".
