What is your problem with God? Open your eyes guy. There are things in this world that even science cannot explain, and will never be able to explain, and you are aware of that. God answer prayers, and the list of answers God has given to prove that he exists are so many. Just search on your own. The bible says that anyone who seeks finds. The problem is that you don't even want to search. You have just decided to hate God, and i am sure that deep inside of you you cannot reject the possibility of his existence. unclentch your fists .. ungrit your gnashing teeth / open your mind and heart and come learn the Biblical plan and purposes of prayer .... http://dadmansabode.com/forum/ 1

no not stupid questions from scoffers and mockers .......... wouldn't waste my time indeed it's the fool who despises wisdom and instruction . The Christian on his knees can see farther than the philosopher on his tiptoes .. for spiritual truth can be perceived only by the spiritually prepared mind .. the truths of God are foolishness and trifling to a carnal mind .. the only way to understand spiritual truth is to yield to the author of it .. the Holy Spirit . . . . SlapShot I agree with you. Everytime I post an argument about Christians there's always people who are like oh ur gonna go to hell for not believing in God. They don't get their prayers answered and I don't know when they will grow up and realize that god is not real and that their prayers will never get answered. Of course some Christian is probably gonna dispute this argument and be like, "You will go to hell" but frankly, I'm tired of hearing them babble on and on about something completely irrelevant and unrealistic. This sacred Psalm sums up the Christian position... It would be very difficult to prove to Atheist the evidence of God answering prayers. Most of the time when there are many witnesses of an event people take them for there word. We have had an innumerable amount of witnesses all declaring God answering there prayers but this isn't enough for the unbeliever. You only believe in things you can measure with tools humans have created I.E. measuring cup, ruler, magnetometer, stopwatch, beam balance, etc. Why would you think a God with unmeasurable power should/could be measured by man made tools. Here is my testimony. I didn't believe before just like you I was very skeptical. I made a leap of faith. I got down on my knees and prayed to God asking him if he was really there to show me in a way I would understand. He did it. But this testimony would hold no value to you. I suggest you put off your unbelief and arrogance pray to God with an open mind and heart and allow him to answer your prayer. |
