Physical imperfections of beautiful symmetry don't really make us what we are. As cheesy as it sounds, we're what's in the "inside". As vain as getting the surgery is, if everyone was given "perfect" faces, than we might place a lesser value on outside beauty and more on inner traits. Of course that would come at the expense of our individuality and is hardly a possibility today, but I see no need to interfere with cosmetic surgery if it's harmless. Side: Yes
