Well first of all if you do not use a jailbroken iPhone there is little probability of getting infected by a virus, therefore the ios operating system is safer than Android. The lack of customization could seem as a drawback at first, however after some continuous usage, there will be more than enough evidence that all that the iOS operating system offers is more than enough for basically anyone. The choice of apps is by far much more superior in the Apple App Store rather than in the Android Market.... These are just quite a few advantages of Apple over Android... You name a few more....) Apple have an insanely high profit margin. They have more money than they can spend, with billions stockpiled. Instead of cutting prices to help spread their product further, or investing in R&D;, they have opted to pay dividends. Innovation is no longer their priority, money is. You can get an android device for about 60 quid, google aren't trying to exploit their zombies and as such I see them as a more ethical company. I prefer Android UI as well. Side: Android

Android without a doubt. I've hacked my phone so many times, rooting it, flashing roms, temporarily bricking it, etc. There isn't the same level of customization with iOS as there is with Android. I'm running a Droid 3 with Steeldroid 4.6. I've also got a stock Nexus 7, it's so fast I see no need to flash any roms on it or root it...yet. Side: Android

Android is much better. First of all it has more awesome applications. Moreover flash is working there. I mean it's obvious that Android is better but many people are buying Apple products because of fashion. Side: Android
