Are Christians anti-semitic?

I've noticed that many Christians, when confronted with the immoral material in the Bible (particularely the material in the old testament), they exclaim that the old testament is "the laws of the old land" and that only Jews follow the old testament. Are they not basically saying that Jews are immoral?

Yeah, but why is that such a weird thing? Calling another religion immoral? Christians do that with basically all other religions.

Side: Yes...

This is a very good point. Isn't pretty much every religion more or less anti-every other religion? I don't think it's really a fair label to assign in respect to a religious group due to the stigma associated with it; it isn't really prejudice in the case of another religion so much as conflict in beliefs.

I mean, sure, some religions are compatible with other religions, like certain forms of buddhism, but that's really the exception to the rule...

Side: Yes...

Yeah I agree. A religion is defined by some principles, right? Not following those principles is of course in the eyes of the believer in that particular religion

Side: Yes...

There are some Christians who dislike Jews and will even go around preaching that Jews can't go to Heaven. This is awful!

What I hear is that it is OK to follow the Old Testament, but not required. But, they feel Jews are on the wrong path for ignoring the New Testament.

Side: No...

Christians are no more anti-semitic than any other non-Jew. Christians simply believe that the Bible consist of both the Old and New testaments and Jews only believe in the Old testament.

Christian's aren't anti-Semitic. No the Jewish people weren't immoral they did what God told them to do and they had to follow the law. A law from God doesn't make it immoral. It's moral because it's coming from a God who cares about the Jewish people.
