We didn't create identity politics and the library of buzz words and racially dividing concepts of the left. Libs did. When I was highschool, people acted like we were past that crap overall, and tv depicted it as such. Libs spent the last decade trashing the peace that existed through race baiting and demonizing half the country like it was a war. White privilege, cultural appropriation, sanctuary cities, etc are the perfect terms and ways to divide people by race and guarantee tribalized divisions within a country. The reason there is more crime in poor neighborhoods is poverty, not the coloured people who have been poor for generations. It is a lot harder to be civilised when you are raised in the filthy ghettos that were created by oppression, but still many black people find a way out and become successful.
The correlation between poverty and crime is not well understood nor is it causal in one direction.
It's pretty simple actually. Not having things leads to stealing and having a shitty life and being malnourished leads to violence and disregard for others.

A lot of them are. But you are also failing to consider how growing up in poverty stunts a person's development. This is why everyone needs to start out with the same access to resources and education and not be either spoiled or deprived. That is why inheritance needs to be abolished and that is why you can't blame the impoverished for what they do until society actually makes an effort to prevent people from mal-developing.

The problem is that this isn’t true for the large majority of poor people. It’s a bit of a stretch to make a causal connection when, more often than not, it doesn’t apply.

You can’t blame Tourettes sufferers for outbursts because they have no agency in the matter. But poverty is not a condition which removes agency. Most poor people are not violent, so it is perfectly reasonable to blame the one poor man who beats his kids, or wife, or neighbor.
In fact, a sense of responsibility is the primary common quality among those who have risen above their poverty. Removing responsibility has, and will continue to hold people down in poverty.

It is simple. Leading a shitty life leads very often to crime, job loss, substance addiction, and poverty. It also hinders the economic well-being of those in your neighborhood who aren’t shitty, making your crime a contributor to their poverty.
You showed how poverty can lead to crime and I showed how crime leads to poverty’s. The causation is not in one direction. However, a life of violent and petty crime almost always leads to poverty while a life starting in poverty most often does not lead to crime.
If we consider this question objectively the answer is a self evident, resounding YES.
