There are some people out there who are born stupid. It's unavoidable without genetic interevention.

Is that good? No? Is it bad? No. It's life.

Your ability to grasp certain concepts or ideas depends on genetics, your life experiences and dumb luck.

There are many stupid people out there, including our our current Prez Obama. I ask, where did intelligence go? Why are the smart ridiculed and the strong but brain-dead praised as a Messiah? ;)

If you are like me, you just assume that everyone else is an idiot and then you find out what everyone else likes, like Obama, TV, etc. and you'll know what a smart person doesn't like. ;)

Now, one of the stupidest statements I've heard was, "Why can't we all be Democrats?" I mean, come on! We can't all be on welfare. Someone has to work hard and pay taxes so you don't have to (even though no one owes you crap). Jeez ;)

And I want to tell Obama, don't spread my wealth, spread my work ethic. I mean, does that guy believe in trickle up poverty or what? "Fairness" isn't giving my money away to lazy people ;)

I just wonder how long before people admit that Obama was a mistake. I mean, why should I pay for your health care? If you think that Health Care is expensive now, just wait until it's free. The problem with socialism is that eventually you run out of other people's money. I believe that the best Social Program is a Job! So, annoy a liberal and help yourself ;)

I'm also concerned about terrorism. I mean, how are the Democrats going to stand up to terrorists if they can't even face to Fox News. Democrats are for abortion but against killing terrorist, go figure. What part of "terrorists want to kill us" don't you get? ;)

Seriously, I believe Liberalism is a disease.... a mental disorder. ;)

Well, I mean, just look at all the Mexicans at my school. That's proof enough. (;

They think that illegal immigrants should have the same rights as registered citizens, but in reality don't know the first thing about, well practically anything in American culture. Although I must admit that most of them can make some pretty good takitos! (;

Yeah I'm pretty sure people are by nature, dumb. That however, is what teaching and learning is all about. When one is an infant, they are literally retarded. Dumb. They do not understand anything. However, when that infant feels pain or pleasure, or one of its natural instincts are sated, it learns. We learn to speak because it helps us advance and survive. We learn concepts and philosophies because they help us further understand the methods behind the madness.

Or to put it simply: We're all dumb as shit, but we can make ourselves as smart as we want to be. It just requires effort.

On a side note: I have absolutely no common sense. Which means I'm about as adept as a mentally handicapped person when it comes to making choices in common situations. I don't think I'll ever quite learn :\.

So, um, just to retort to the person who created this debate, I have to say something specifically directed at you:

You say Bush is stupid? I say he was a genious! Bush was the Batman of this country, Obama is the Joker. Obama feeds the people what they want to hear, not what they have to hear. Bush was mocked and ridiculed for telling it how it is, not how people want it to be.

So yes, people can be naturally stupid, YOU are proof of that! (;
