On balance, I am, yes and to a very high degree but not an absolute one. I'm not a pure T-type at all in the Myers-Briggs scale but undoubtedly more T than F. Same with my P vs J dynamics, I'm definitely more P than J but have a huge J component relative to other P's.

I'm INTP and my I/N is much stronger (N is like 89th percentile of all humans or something if I had to pinpoint it). I am analytical, definitely (as opposed to shallow-thinking or fast-thinking). I think deep about things to maximal degrees, in that sense I'm an absolute analyst and probably in the 100th percentile of all humans but when it comes to how often I think that deep, there comes in not just laziness but actual efficient thinking allocation. Thinking takes time and energy, especially when you think as deep and complex as I do, and I realised that if I spend too much time thinking I get nothing done. I really, genuinely, was the kid in the final 2 years of highschool where your brains can no longer carry you without the work, who got the medium-bad grades purely due to thinking too much about every answer on the exam and even while revising I was just too tired and drained after fully thinking about 2 subsections of a syllabus to study the rest and that exhaustion caused me to wake up barely remembering what i thought about into the sleep meaning it reverted me back to where I had basiclaly only studied like 4% of the 100% I covered as only that much stayed in my memory. This was due to many factors, stress, undiagnosed intolerances of food etc makign me constantly have diarrhoea and bad stomach which meant I was not digesting much as my leaky stomach (AKA IBS) was essentially ruining my ability to stay awake/alert, period.

Still to this day I struggle with being 'too smart' or 'too deep' and I say that without any narcissism. I genuinely am one of those who was too intelligent for his own good and it was NOT AT ALL pleasant to experience (it was basically worse the younger I was, as I had naturally I'd say a 13 year old brain already by age 4 in my capacity to talk, listen and reason and it perpetually went up from there). Then I hit a plateau and realised I think too much and it is no joke or a case of 'I'm too smart for this world they don't appreciate me let's just give up and laugh my life away like a normie' it was much more *'[insert my real name here], you need to get a grip, stay strong and time your thinking, be smart but also efficient man or you're gonna die a nobody and hate the entire process.'

So, over time I've learned when to stop thinking along a train of thought and how to literally just go 'fuck it, doesn't matter if it comes up later I'll think about it then' and take a deep breath and just release it. This helped a lot from the get-go of when I began doing it and I still do it now. The reason I let myself think so hard and write so much here is it got a lot off my chest and I also made sure to not reveal too much and to be ready to be mocked and laughed at and told 'oh Jesus, you really have Dunning-Kruger effect 24/7' etc.

I am analytical and your other option 'moron' isn't quite accurate. There's fast, shallow thinkers who are brilliant at stuff that isn't analytical.

MingMong, if you were actually analytical then you would have analysed the probability that anybody would be interested in reading your long essay about how great you are and determined it to be very, very low.

People who have to tell you they are geniuses are always, without exception, idiots. I'm actually surprised that you ever managed to cut through your own narcissism long enough to learn anything at all.

This is not true:

"People who have to tell you they are geniuses are always, without exception, idiots."

Absolutely not a true correlation or stated accuracy/frequency.

I know people who care. Including the guy who created this debate as well as people I can show this post in the future who are friends etc.

I didn't post this for the audience, it was nice to get off my chest, if you read the part where I addressed the reason I wrote it all, you'd realise how poor your reply is.
