One of the Jane Eyre movies: "Remember the shadows are just as important as the light."

Generic quote: "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain."

Agree. Jane Eyre's Dialogues are very good. one my favorite Dialogues from the Charlotte Bronte's novel."I am no bird; and no net ensnares me: I am a free human being with an independent will".

I like that one too but I think the shadows and light is my first choice. Many older works of literature have some beautiful and rather deep quotes.

"Virtuosity"

Sid: Just because I'm carrying around the joy of killing your family inside me, doesn't mean we can't be friends."

"Virtuosity"

Sid: Which God would that be? The one who created you? Or the one who created me? You see, in your world, the Lord giveth and the Lord taketh, but in my world, the one who gave me life doesn't have any balls. You are frightfully inadequate of a diety, Daryl. I will not be shut down.

From the Lord of the Rings:

Frodo: I wish the Ring had never come to me. I wish none of this had happened.

Gandalf: So do all who live to see such times, but that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us.

One of my favorite from lord of the rings is...“It's the job that's never started as takes longest to finish.”
