I want to start by acknowledging that gyms and exercise classes are not always financially accessible, never mind fat-friendly. Trainers and fellow gym goers can make the experience of exercising in public totally humiliating Push-ups and sit-ups in the living room, and run outside? That's all I've ever done. These sound like excuses. 1
