CreateDebate is a social debate community built around ideas, discussion and democracy.
If this is your first time checking out a debate, here are some quick tips to help get you started:
Arguments with the highest score are displayed first.
Argument replies (both in favor and in opposition) are displayed below the original argument.
To follow along, you may find it helpful to show and hide the replies displayed below each argument.
To vote for an argument, use these icons:
You have the power to cast exactly one vote (either up or down) for each argument.
Once you vote, the icon will become grayed out and the argument's score will change.
Yes, you can change your vote.
Debate scores, side scores and tag scores are automatically calculated by an algorithm that primarily takes argument scores into account.
All scores are updated in real-time.
To learn more about the CreateDebate scoring system, check out the FAQ.
When you are ready to voice your opinion, use the Add Argument button to create an argument.
If you would like to address an existing argument, use the Support and Dispute link within that argument to create a new reply.
62 miles per hour.... awesome. I couldn't figure out the size of it from that site though (actually, I scanned it and left,). Is it rideable? Or remote-controlled? Has it been tested? Does it actually work?
It's an actual race-ready car. It does 171 miles an hour, not 62. It will get to 62 miles an hour in 4 seconds. Completely drivable, and will be raced in the Le Mans 24 hour race in 2011.
The technology is amazing, but I hate the look of it.
Oh, I see. So, you think Lambourgini's are an ugly car too? Don't they look somewhat the same? I think it's almost too beautiful looking to be racing. Crashing something like that up... would cost a ton of money to fix.
I nearly creamed my jeans at the thought of owning one of these bad boys. But then I realized that I would get speeding tickets for just looking like I was going fast ;)
Wow, what a toy! Electric and all it should be ready for the streets as soon as someone has the balls to modify it for street use. It kind of reminds me of the original Batmobile! I'd love to see it in Black or Dark Purple.
