Tell me again why it's legal for a man to walk around outdoors with his shirt off but it's not legal for a mother to breastfeed her hungry baby? And tell me again why a super thin string bikini is OK for a woman to wear in public but a bra and blouse designed to facilitate discreet breastfeeding cannot be exposed in public? And tell me why other societies besides the USA allow women to be topless in some outdoor scenarios like beaches but the USA despite its constant barrage of sex on TV thinks the mom instead has to go to the beach's outhouse to feed her baby? Side: It's fine.
Tell me again why it's legal for a man to walk around outdoors with his shirt off but it's not legal for a mother to breastfeed her hungry baby? It's OK because typically, men are the hardworking ones and so they take off their shirts off to cooldown. I guess you could argue, "well women get hotter because their boobs conduct more heat over a larger surface area". But then I'd retort, "But now their boobs are flopping around in the way and now distracting the hardworking men from their important societal roles." And then I guess you could argue you that, " Well shirtless men can distract working women as well." But then I'd argue that "Science shows that, typically, women don't experience the same sexual hormonal responses as men do when the men see tits, therefore, the level of distraction wouldn't be even close to the men's level of distraction when the men see tits. And tell me again why a super thin string bikini is OK for a woman to wear in public but a bra and blouse designed to facilitate discreet breastfeeding cannot be exposed in public? Because society sometimes sets contradicting standards and is too lazy to fix them. No string bikini should be allowed in non swimming areas. And tell me why other societies besides the USA allow women to be topless in some outdoor scenarios like beaches but the USA despite its constant barrage of sex on TV thinks the mom instead has to go to the beach's outhouse to feed her baby? OK . You got me there. Side: Please don't do it in public

what's wrong with it? It is a natural way for a mother to feed her child. She is doing as God intended. Americans are too uptight about this stuff. In Europe this is not even a debate worthy topic. Nobody cares. And people here who DO get upset have way too much time on their hands. Side: It's fine.

The most natural thing in the world is a mother her feeding her baby. An infant doesn't understand that there are deranged weirdos who consider it to be inappropriate to breastfeed in public and it will have to wait. Anyone who would object to this instinctive and wholly natural event would have to be some sort of twisted pervert. Side: It's fine.

Why is this a big deal? It's not like she's doing it to be sexual, to be taken that way shows a poor mindset of the person who believes it to be. She's simply feeding her child. When a child is first born it takes a few months to get off a 2-3 hour feeding schedule, carrying chilled breast milk around in a bottle isn't always an option, and not all mothers want to use formula. So here's the better idea, if someone get so offended at a child feeding from the breast, they should just do their shopping at home and online. Side: It's fine.

Breastfeeding is a natural part of life in which a woman is giving her baby sustenance. Should a baby go hungry in public just because men can't control themselves when they see a pair of breasts? No. Men and women who deem breastfeeding as a 'sexualised act' need to grow the fuck up because a baby eating is no more sexual than you eating a fucking sandwich in public. Society has turned breasts into sexualised objects when, to be honest, they are sacks of fat that fill with milk when a baby is hungry. If a baby is hungry, then they need to be fed. It is better for a baby if they are breastfed as breast milk contains a lot of vital nutrients that babies can't get from powdered milk. There is not always an opportunity for women to go and sit somewhere quietly to breastfeed their baby, although I guess they would like to be able to feed their baby without some idiotic male gawking and getting all flustered because he's seen a breast. Side: It's fine.
Breastfeeding in public is not wrong - it is wrong for people to criticize it for being disgusting (you shouldn't be looking. if you do, you're disgusting. if you don't look, then what's the issue? do you smell it? do you feel it? do you taste it? do you hear it? no. you are then completely oblivious to the breastfeeding, and there should not be an issue). lol... my parenthesis was longer than my actual writing. Side: It's fine.

A baby doing those types of things to his father is not something that is exactly "normal" or something that often happens, especially for the benefit of a child. However, a mother breastfeeding is something that she has to do as a mother as it is her duty to do so because that's the way that her child is going to get his/her nutrients and food. Side: It's fine.
A baby doing those types of things to his father is not something that is exactly "normal" or something that often happens, But this is discussion of whether it should or shouldn't be decent. Not whether it is or isn't normal. BTW. "Normal" means "Happens often". So your sentence is a semi redundant. However, a mother breastfeeding is something that she has to do as a mother as it is her duty to do so because that's the way that her child is going to get his/her nutrients and food. She doesn't HAVE to breastfeed to feed her baby. There's baby formula and what not. Side: Please don't do it in public

The analogy you make could only be the product of a terribly diseased and disgusting mind. There is nothing remotely sexual in a mother feeding her hungry baby. Anyone who would infer that there is something dirty, or even wrong in this most natural of functions should attend a psychiatric clinic for the treatment of their sexual perversion. Side: It's fine.
The analogy you make could only be the product of a terribly diseased and disgusting mind. I doubt that there is any veracity to this claim. Objectively Define "Diseased and disgusting mind" and provide evidence for the "disease" that causes such behavior. There is nothing remotely sexual in a mother feeding her hungry baby. You don't know what the mother is thinking or feeling. Anyone who would infer that there is something dirty, or even wrong in this most natural of functions should attend a psychiatric clinic for the treatment of their sexual perversion. Appeal to nature fallacy. Side: Please don't do it in public
