Can Trump be sent to jail AFTER he leaves office??
The Statute of Limitations will run out during a second term.. But, if there's no second term, the Statute of Limitations will NOT have tolled, and he CAN be prosecuted.

If reelected, two things (at least) can happen. He will continually break our laws, in which case the statute of limitations will not matter … as much. OR he will never be brought to trial because HE will be our dictator (likely supported by Putin … until HE figures out [arranges] how to get rid of him :-), and HE will make his own laws! Think about it, America, while you still CAN! Side: If re-elected, NO

You are obsessed with Trump . Hello B: I can't tell if you're addressing me, or not.. So, I'll just go ahead and answer.. Tell me, kind sir.. What is wrong with having an obsession about a person who might very well be the next president of the United States?? Truly?? excon Side: If defeated, YES

According to Mueller he can if proven guilty of a crime. That is the theory. The reality is;- the big man ain't going to jail. By the time Donald Trump's lawyers have given his spiteful, petty little adversaries a thorough courtroom thrashing it will be they who will be looking through barred windows. Side: If defeated, YES

Now SUPER STUPID wrote this and again the PARTY IDIOT lacks any EVIDENCE ! Hello: The Statute of Limitations will run out during a second term.. But, if there's no second term, the Statute of Limitations will NOT have tolled, and he CAN be prosecuted. excon Okay DUMMY tell us what Trump will be PROSECUTED for ? Where are the CHARGES ? Side: If defeated, YES
Not for anything he did so far. Mueller was asked point blank if his investigation was interfered with in any way, and he said no. No obstruction occurred. Mueller was asked point blank if they found that Trump colluded and he said they didn’t have enough evidence in a 2 year investigation to determine any kind of Trump collusion. But yeah, if he commits a crime and there’s prosecutable evidence, he can go to jail after leaving office. Side: If defeated, YES

Ask that question about Obama's administration... Lois Lerner, the head of the IRS unit at the heart of the scandal, retired with a full pension, and no disciplinary action was taken against any IRS employees. Eric Holder.... Fast and furious. No penalty Hillary Clinton... Benghazi, deleting emails that were subpoenaed, putting Government documents on her private server, pay to play with Clinton Foundation. No penalty Loretta Lynch, head of DOJ having a meeting on Tar mac with Hillary's husband Bill Clinton during an FBI investigation of Hillary. No penalty. Until you ever come after all those crooks, stop being such a hypocrite against Trump when he has done no more than any other President in our history. Side: If defeated, YES
