Of course, with enough exercise, weight gain can always be prevented. However, it is not just being overweight that makes a person unhealthy. A person could probably not maintain physical health while eating junk food "all the time." So, while I answer in the affirmative, I think it's important to keep in mind that health is more important than weight.

yep!!! one can eat junk food all the time and still not get fat although it would require lots of exercising. if you don't believe me check out the archie comics where jughead only prefers eating and still manages to stay healthy and thin ;););)

All the time implies 24 hours a day. Doing this leaves little time for excercise, so no.

However, if you just mean that is the only thing you eat, if you excercise enough you probably won't get fat.

But you would starve to death. The body needs specific nutrients that junk food doesn't supply no matter how much of it you eat.
