All the time implies 24 hours a day. Doing this leaves little time for excercise, so no. However, if you just mean that is the only thing you eat, if you excercise enough you probably won't get fat. But you would starve to death. The body needs specific nutrients that junk food doesn't supply no matter how much of it you eat. Side: No
