The abhorrence of murder is not necessarily the pain it causes, but that the world was deprived of a unique, innocent human being who can no longer bring his contributions to society. Pain does not determine if you are human or not and isn't the reason murder is so terrible so of course, you should still be charged with manslaughter if the human can't feel pain. Side: Anesthesia
