Priests and Pastors should be priests and pastors; government officials should be government officials. I love my pastor for all that she does for me and my community, but she defiantly never studied government or law, and does not have the qualities I would look for in a leader of a nation.

She apparently never studied the Bible either, or she'd know she's not allowed to speak in church.

Errrr wrong. This was a case specific to a certain early church when women would contradict whoever was speaking in the service itself. All this was saying is sit your butt down and listen when someone is talking. Their is actually very little preventing her from being a pastor.

Not sure if you are suggesting that I can't have a female pastor, but many forms of Christianity allow women to be pastors and ministers. It is true that there are no female priests, though the three are different things.
