I believe that there is such a thing as common sense. You don't touch a hot stove; that's common sense. It's common because it's a lesson that more or less all of us learn the hard way- not stoves specifically, but that touching something hot is painful and damaging. However, I believe that much of what is labelled as common sense is done so incorrectly. Side: El Falso

Off topic. You agreed yet you voted on the false side which means you've contradicted yourself... Your argument insinuates that I lack common sense, but you agreed that it isn't real and you can't lack something that doesn't exist, which means now you've contradicted yourself twice, which means your response is equal to -2, which means your response carries no value. You've also demonstrated that you don't have what I thought should be common sense, so you've provided proof for the other side... Your response goes up to -1. But, you've became a hypocrite in the process, your response goes back down to -2. Side: El True-o

I'm not even sure which side I am supposed to vote for, but I agree that common sense is not a real thing. Some modern logicians even qualify it as a logical fallacy. Its application is ambiguous, different people have different things they qualify as common sense. And some things counted as "common sense" have more to do with personal attitude than real intellectual capacity. It is most often a cop out. Side: El True-o
