Consent to sex is not consent to pregnancy.
Consent to sex is not consent to pregnancy. People have the right to choose. Constraception is a right. If I want to have my tubes removed, that is my right and my choice.

Exactly. With contraception and abortion being legal, woman are not obliged to get pregnant as a result of sex. It is their choice as to whether this occurs or not. A woman's body is ultimately hers. However, she should not be allowed to bind a man with obligation through a choice of hers. Side: I agree.

Consent to sex is in fact an implied consent to pregnancy. It's what obligates a biological father to 18 years of child support even if the pregnancy resulted from a broken condom. Side: I disagree.
