The Constitution gives the right to bear arms and the Supreme Court has concurred That's a completely circular argument. The Supreme Court only interprets the law as it currently stands. It neither makes that law correct nor renders it incapable of being modified. Simply put, you are using the law to justify the law. It would have worked the same way prior to the 1735 Witchcraft Act which finally made it illegal to burn young girls to death on the grounds of your own superstitious paranoia. Indeed, I'm quite sure there were plenty of sneering pricks like you who used the same argument back then. 0
