Me: If people stopped doing this half-assed vegetarian "diet" things that is now quite common the cancer rates would drop. You: "But what is this half-assed vegetarian 'diet' you speak of? Care too elaborate and possibly pontificate?" Me: Oh why yes I would, how nice of you to ask! Well, as of recently, there's been a lot of these fake vegetarians. Well, they don't eat meat, but they kind of take the whole "lets be healthy and get in shape and live past the ripe old age of 27" part out of it. Instead of giving up fattening meats and starting to fill their diet with more nuts, beans, fruits and vegetables, they do this instead: Breakfast: Oh, I'll get a pastry and coffee from Panera, I'm so healthy! Snack: I'll have a hershy bar from the vending machine, I'm so healthy! Lunch: I'll just have a cigarette or twelve, nicotine tones down your hunger, I'm so healthy! Snack: I'll have some doritos, I'm so healthy! Dinner: I'll have a large order of fries from McDonald's, I'm so healthy! Now keep in mind, they have also probably smoked about 10-40 cigarettes by the end of the day and just ate a ton junk food, but in their minds, because they watched Food Inc. and don't eat meat, they are the smartest/healthiest motherfuckers on the planet. Genius! 1

Not necessarily. If you have a diet that is based around fruits, vegetables, nuts and protein (from sources such as eggs or beans) and you get an ample amount of exercise, its actually a very healthy life style. The problem is, our diets are directly effected by out life style, so if you have a healthy vegetarian diet but you're a couch potato you'll be unhealthy and would be better off with a meat based diet... Well, at least health wise. Vegetarians tend to have more energy and a less powerful and sweeter body then those with meat based diets, that's a huge advantage when it comes to sex. Sex is good great exercise, so if you're a couch potato that gets laid, it may actually be a very healthy diet for you. 1
