I actually dont expect you to read this whole thing, but anyway...
The hell? There are still some inescapable psychological side effects.
Not in this case.
And they would of naturally not been attracted to each other,
How do you know? Were you there? The same thing goes for homosexuality. But these days, it is taken as natural, because people grow up in an environment where homosexuality is accepted. If incest was accepted back then, then it would be natural. (I am not addressing whether it is right or wrong, i am just explaining whether it is natural or not.)
You are just screaming "Don't blame me! Other people do it, so that means I didn't do it,"
"Other people do it, so i didn't do it"? No, i said they did do it, we are just disputing whether it was wrong or not.
You are still guilty to what it says in the bible- and blaming others does not mean that you are all-of-a-sudden innocent. I don't have a religion also, and I think that incest is disgusting.
I think incest it 100% disgusting too. And i am not saying just because others did it that it is right. Kamikaze said that our bible promotes incest, and i was explaining that it was the time period that promotes it, not the religion. That is why modern christians dont do it. And thats chronological snobbery anyway. (Again, i am not addressing whether it is right or wrong. I am explaining why people did it.)
Evolution even hates incest- that's why we get side effects where the baby could even die, and that's why we don't get attracted to fellow siblings- unless there are people with brain disorders.
Seeing as i do not believe in evolution, this means nothing to me. But anyway, does Evolution loves homosexuality? Even though it increases the chance to spread aids (and is most likely the cause) and doesn't cause reproduction? How does that make sense? So the creatures who, in many cases, get life threatening diseases and are unable to reproduce are the ones who have survived the millions of years up until now? How does that make sense?
And whatever this time period is, you should understand that God is a timeless being. If you don't under stand what "omnibenevolence" means, it is when you are good beyond bounds.
I know what omnibenevolence means, i just disagree with you on the fact of: in order to be omnibenevolent, the being needs to have the same standards no matter what the case. In the bible, it says "a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace." And God says killing is wrong, but in the case of war it is acceptable. Incest is wrong, but if there are no more people in the entire world, He allowed it.
What isn't omnibenevolent is when you decide to agree with incest, and then change your mind
He didnt change his mind. Look at my latter statement that says God stopped allowing it when more people were in the world.
same goes with God murdering children for swearing- you can't like children being murdered and then "decide that it is a wrong thing to do" in the future- you are supposed to Already know that child murder is wrong.
He didnt decide it was wrong later, he just decided to give mercy when Jesus came to die for us, because he was the perfect sacrifice who allowed God to forgive us of our sins while still being just.
If you are omnibenevolent, you would already understand everything about morality and you would never learn from mistakes as you are impossible to make any mistakes in morality.
Do you understand?
I understand alright, i just think you dont. "If you are omnibenevolent, you would already understand everything about morality." But you are not omnibenevolent, therefore you do not understand everything about morality!
But he knew all to well that they would have to commit incest.
Uhhh yeah. But he knew it wouldnt be a sin.
This seriously wouldn't work, unless you believe in fairies and crap.
What the heck? Why would it only work if i believe in fairies? That doesn't make any sense.
Two identical genes must NOT have anything to do with each other, as I've said before.
But God obviously prevented them from having a deformed child, or having any phycological side effects, which is why they didn't have any, and which is why it was acceptable, also seeing the fact that they were the only two people on earth. Now it is a sin, because God doesnt prevent those side effects anymore, because now there are more people on earth! Get it?
And what race were they? Were they black? Were they white?
What the heck does this have to do with anything? Red herring!
