Has Trump ever said 'All immigrants are animals'?

During a meeting held on May 16 2016, Donald Trump made a remark that has later been cited many times and used as proof of his supposed "racism". He referred to illegal immigrants as "animals". However, from the context of that discussion, it's obvious that he was referring to criminal gang members, but probably did not articulate it well enough in that particular sentence.
Here is what he said in the opening segment:

"California’s law provides safe harbor to some of the most vicious and violent offenders on Earth, like MS-13 gang members putting innocent men, women, and children at the mercy of these sadistic criminals"

Later during that roundtable he had this exchange with Sam Abed, mayor of Escondidio CA:
MAYOR ABED:  Thank you, Mr. President.  I am a proud immigrant here from Lebanon.  Thirty years ago, I came here to live the American Dream, and we did well...We are going — California is going down the drain...When Jerry Brown cares more about illegal criminals than he cares about the Hispanic community and the American citizens, this is insanity, and this is unconstitutional...
THE PRESIDENT:  But now it’s reversing, Sam.  And it really got bad, and now it’s reversing.  There’s a big change of heart, of mind, of people don’t want sanctuary cities.  They’re dangerous; they don’t want them anymore.

So thank you, Sam.

Then later still Donald Trump had this exchange with Sherrif Mims:
SHERIFF MIMS:  Thank you.  There could be an MS-13 member I know about — if they don’t reach a certain threshold, I cannot tell ICE about it.

THE PRESIDENT:  We have people coming into the country, or trying to come in — and we’re stopping a lot of them — but we’re taking people out of the country.  You wouldn’t believe how bad these people are.  These aren’t people.  These are animals"

From the context of that discussion, it's obvious that he was referring to criminal gang members, but probably did not articulate it well enough in that particular sentence.

Has Trump ever said 'All immigrants are animals'?

No, but when the left quotes a rightie, they like to take away and add words and toss context in the trash. And something about how it makes them feel, and he's not in the correct tribe.

No, and I think Trump is on the right side of this issue. Flooding the country with criminal gangs is never a good idea. But his inability to properly articulate himself sometimes damages his credibility significantly. Well, that's still a lot better than being an eloquent con man (or whatever is the feminist term for con woman).
