Someone else's beliefs shouldn't define yours. And you won't burn in Hell for disagreeing. The idea of Hell conflicts too much with the values Christianity to exist. If God is the most forgiving, most loving being in the universe, there is no way He would create Hell. If you examine the Bible objectively, it is pretty clear that Hell is merely an attempt by the authors to scare the readers into doing whatever the church says. Ultimately, you don't really have a good reason to be anti-abortion. 2000 year-old scare tactics shouldn't control you. Side: No.

A) Belief in the bible does not necessitate a belief in hell - ref B) There is no actual voluntary abortion in the Bible. C) The accidental abortion in Leviticus 21 is treated as a property crime against the father not as murder. Does this mean I can be prochoice? Whether you believe in God or not, you can be both pro-life and pro-choice simultaneously. Take divorce - the New Testament says not to get divorced except for adultery. You can believe that this rule is fine for you, but not necessarily that the government should impose this on everyone. The Bible doesn't command you to support all morals in the Bible being made laws for everyone, they are for those who choose to believe. Side: Yes.

I will keep repeating the facts. It is a fact that I do not have bluind faith.Besides, this debate is not about my faith, it is about the zygote. Stay on topic, or leave. And the hypocrisy is back. But go ahead, just ban me. You've done that every other time I respond to your off topic posts. Side: No.

I am not a hypocrite, and this debate is about the zygote. You were discussing something that wasn't about the zygote, and yet you went after me for responding to your off topic posts. That is hypocritical. I have every right to defend myself against false accusations. It wasn't a false accusation, it was a statement of his opinion. If you don't stay on topic, I will ban you. You always do. As for the debate topic, you do not have to believe that a zygote is a baby to be pro-life. Side: No.

Religion is a fake thing. Proof that an omnipotent being can't exist: can he create a rock that is so heavy that he cannot lift it? Either way he can't be omnipotent. Also I did not strawman you. You even admitted that you conform to the views of your religion whether they actually make sense to you or not and religion is centred around the belief in an imaginary being. So yes, it is safe to say you shape your views in accordance with an imaginary friend. Side: No.

Proof that an omnipotent being can't exist: can he create a rock that is so heavy that he cannot lift it? Either way he can't be omnipotent. You keep bringing this up. It is not, in fact, a paradox. I agree with you overall and don't believe in a god of any kind myself, but the idea that one has proof of the non-existence of any gods is ridiculous, even more so when that 'proof' is flawed logic based on wordplay rather than actual evidence of any kind. We should hold ourselves to a higher standard than that. Side: Yes.
