I think we all need principles, all men need some of kind of code, but principles are only useful when they are flexible and come from within, people who seek and abide by external rules and regulations are acting unconsciously and are not realising their own potentialities for decision. Side: Yes, of couse

I feel as though it would be more democratic if we had something more than just a single leader. Governers of the school would be far more effective, especially if they had more power that they frequently exercised (unless of course they felt they did not need to). Side: No, we don't
