I don't think that it really matters as long as you aren't the boss having a romantic relationship with the people because they work for you. It's kind of weird to you if you are the boss and you are dating a person that works for you.

It partly depends on what your workplace would do if they found out, for example at one of my jobs it decides that someone needs to get transferred, or someone quits.

But as long as you can keep your personal and professional life separate, I don't see a problem with it.

Side: SURE

I dont think it matters. You can have a relationship with who you like. You two working together should not stop you from liking that person or being with that person.

Its ok if you a relationship with a co-worker if you are single and want to date someone. If you are married then don't start a relationship with someone because you are commiting adultery and you are cheating on your wife.

Side: SURE

It makes for good office drama when things go sour ;)

Sure. I would do it . ;)

Side: SURE

Although it can work, romantic relationships of co workers only leads to break ups and complications in the workplace.

Side: NEVER

Personally, I would never condemn the free will of romance of people in the work place, but from first hand experience, it hardly works. You just get sick of seeing one another all the time.

Side: NEVER

It leads to favoritism in the workplace and tension will develop between other employees who know about the relationship and think this couple is getting special treatment.
