Do you believe that the Republican party will gain support by just saying No?

I find it hard to believe that the American people are dumb enough to support a party hell bent on wrecking a nation so that Obama won't have a legacy of accomplishments.

So long as anyone democratic or progressive (rather than conservative) is in office they will. Republicans very much run the 'Washington consensus' which is why we saw Bush narrowly win in 2000 and surprisingly get reelected in '04 amongst seemingly massive support even, and why now the general republican partisanship is gridlocked against any policy Obama or the house democrats put forward. So yes they probably will thanks to citizens united and special interest groups which have essentially a veto over our democracy.

I find it hard to believe that an old hippie is dumb enough to support a president who has been raiding medical marijuana dispensaries and been hinting at invading Syria for the past few months.

This old hippie isn't that old. Secondly, I have never used marijuana. Thirdly, I support only those whose bank account is closer to mine.

I always enjoy arguing with those that have the facts all wrong, makes my job easier.

Regardless of you never using marijuana, supporting a man who's administration has been raiding medical marijuana dispensaries is quite immoral... The whole Syria thing doesn't help either.

Repeatedly saying "No" will only have a detrimental effect on the GOP. The average voter will know that the Party of "No" wants to stagnate this country.
