If you r smart then almost nothing ll change this. there are a lot of example of rich people or just people that accomplish something in their live and who didn't finished university or even school. Like : Albert Einstein, Steve Jobs and there are a lot of people like that.

Don't lose your head, statistics says otherwise, look for Spain and Greece, a lot of people couldnt find a job, just imagine what could be there if no one of them didnt have a degree)

It's very funny

The only thing that might teach us in the University is self study! ANd lots and lots of theories

It ll better if they teach us already in practice. Theories are good only in theory .

Side: No, you dont!

Yes you do need to study the material because if you don't then you are going to fail and you won't be able to get a degree with some thing.

Side: Yes, of course!

A college degree is nice for showing to employers, but it doesn't usually help beyond that, other than in certain fields. Someone who knows what they need to know can find a job without a diploma.

Any information given in the Universities might be needed in the future time. No one is capable of predicting is it useless or not

I agree with you,it is impossible to start practising without theory

Yeah. Ok may be i was to harsh with this statement. But for example in Dublin i was studying Computing. And one of the lectures were Communication and Self- Development. If i were studying marketing or management its ok, but not with computing.

University is a scam used to in debt the young population. It should be free. In today's system, even if you get a degree, you aren't guaranteed a job.

Side: No, you dont!

Totally agree with u. Most of the time people with high degree r working in fast food restaurant or doing some sort of this staff. Only thing that university could teach you is self-education. This could sound funny but it is true.

But if you would not have ANY degree, will it help you to find the job?

You will have more chances to find well - paid job if you will get a degree

Side: Yes, of course!

Yes, that is very true. But, here there are hardly any jobs.

Side: Yes, of course!

By the way, university most of the time gives you information which is completely useless. And i am not saying that u should study only math if u r mathematic. If u also like art u could study it but at ur free time. Most of universities give u big pile of information which u ll never use at work and i paper list that ll be useful.

Side: No, you dont!

No. Some people don't go to universities and become successful. Some classes you have to take you may never use ever again in your life. It's just society that say "smart people make it into universities and they all become successful". You still have college grads who have no job and are not prospering the way they feel they should.

Side: No, you dont!

That depends entirely on your personal definition of success and what you want to do. If by "success" however one means living a fulfilling and happy life (why definition) then no, absolutely not.

Side: No, you dont!
1 point

Nope, because the notion of what constitutes success is largely subjective and there have been plenty of happy/wealthy/contributory people who didn't have any formal education or at least not a quality one.

Side: No, you dont!

Nope, Steve Jobs never went to college, and Bill Gates never finished college

We need applications that we learn from life and not theories that we learn from an institution who legally corrupts our money!!!

Nah you just need to study
