Do you think churches should have to marry gay people?
As of currently a church has to marry them or they will be sued with discrimination. So if the church doesn't feel comfortable marrying them, do they have to? Should the pastor be forced to do something he doesn't want to do?
I'll show you a bit of each side.
Yes they shoud be forced because it is discrimination and they will just have to deal with it and get with the times.
No they shoudn't because its like coming into and apple store and telling them to fix your dell when you could just go somewhere else.
Yes they should because its really rude and like no one will marry them
No they shouldn't because its thier faith and they should be able to respectfully decline any marriage if it goes against thier views.
Of course, DISCRIMINATION!

No, because the fight for equal marriage laws is not about the right to marry in a church; it's about the dozens of rights that heterosexual couples receive, which homosexual couples are denied. Like hospital visitation rights. Many homosexual couples cannot visit or make decisions for their significant others because they must be "family" and "dating" does not count. Or end of life issues. Or adoptions. Or taxes. Side: They shouldn't have too

While I understand that people call it discrimination because churches receive tax payer money and are exempt from paying taxes, churches should ideally not be bound so heavily by the restriction of the Establishment Clause. However, under the guise of being a government funded organisation, it's hard for them to have a choice. Side: They shouldn't have too
