Yes, I believe there will be cyber voting...but it will have to be designed very carefully because of hacking, as Pyggy says. It's a scary thought! I'm not certain I would support it until I saw its design though. Standing in line once every four years doesn't bother me as much as my vote not being counted properly! Building something like "Virtual Voting" without a firm back-up plan would be useless, I think. Perhaps a program including something like a verifiable receipt on-line so you can know, absolutely, that your vote went through. What do you guys think of that idea? Side: Yes with back-up proofing

Not at this point in computer history. Hacking is just too real of a possibility! You never know if your system is strong enough. hacking is becoming so easy now it's scary. online voting sounds like a joke to anon. we already have voter fraud (thanks ACORN) due to conveniences added to voting. as much as i hate lines, it's a risk i'm willing to take in order to make sure that my vote is safe. i can't say it will ever be 100% safe, but it's better than having a 50/50 shot.
