OK so the point is global warming is out there. And we have our studies and our research to prove it. More than that we've even come up with so many methods to slow it down or even better stop it. Does it work? sure in theory it gets an A+. But let's be serious guys...how many people on the face of the planet take all of this seriously and really think..."HEY, something is actually wrong here"? So I think what we should do to prevent global warming will work indeed...but what we're doing at the moment...well I wouldn't stop hoping if I were you. Side: yes
You should really do some research on this MKIced. The problem isn't the current tempurature, it's the rate the the tempurature is increasing. There are many ways to tell the earth's average tempurature at any given time in history, coral, fossils, rocks, and they all say the same thing. And sure, it's always gone up and down. But the earth is heating up now, faster than any time in history, minus just after being hit by giant asteroids that kill off everything. And since we haven't been hit by a giant asteroid recently, and nothing else has really changed. The only thing that makes sense is the increased CO2 in the air. The idea that humans don't cause at least some global warming is absolutely laughable. It is an indisputable fact that CO2 in the air increases the greenhouse effect. And it's indisputable that since the industrial revolution the amount of CO2 in the air has risen exponentially. Now, you could argue that it's not all humans fault, or there's nothing we can do about it. You would be wrong, but at least that's legitimate. But to say Global Warming doesn't exist is just silly. it's not exactly increasing faster than anytime in history. 1. there were several periods where climate would increase 4 degrees in just 10 years. 2. over the years (currently), temperature has gone up and down. we only look at it, though, from back then to now and not in between. Side: NOPE
