Does God (If he Exists) Hate the Gays?

Some stupid people claim to be christians and say God hates sin not the sinner when they had no sensible teacher to give an interpretation from the Holy Spirit;

If so:

So why did the Holy spirit strike down Ananias and his wife in less than 1sec for lying? Instead of striking down the spirit of lies.

This is what God genuinely wants with gays

"Leviticus 20:13

If there is a man who lies with a male as those who lie with a woman, both of them have committed a detestable act; they shall surely be put to death."

God wants them dead.

Jesus offered a deal. To pay with his holy blood for the filth they are before God.

And the filth is to first accept jesus and be ready to repent(come out of sin) of their old acts so they are made new creations worthy to appear before God.

Some people are still being gay(sin) and they say they accept jesus and children of God. God and the Holy spirit do not tolerate nonsense. If not for the same pleading on their behalves and buying them time, The Holy Spirit or The father would have striked down many gays live in public places like in streets and in churches for

count 1: mentioning Him/Jesus to back his filth; blasphemy

Count 2: Making a mockery of the death and gift of jesus.

Even an ordinary angel or demon can strike you dead.

It's like washing yourself with water thinking you will get cleansed while sitting in a 7feet high piled up toilet still.

Yes God hates toilet not the sitter, but you can't sit in toilet and get cleansed.....

you are fooling yourself and God has no time for your bullshit

He is going to trash you along with the toilet.

I am familiar only with the god of Jewry, Christianity and Islam. As an atheist I must rely on the word of people who say they believe in a god. They are all, to one degree or another, intolerant of gays. This intolerance comes from their belief in their god's will.

In the Bible it states

King James Version

Romans 5:8

8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

I am a Christian and have been taught that homosexuality is a sin but that we should hate the sin, not the sinner. The Bible says that whoever believes in Jesus as the son of God, that he died to forgive us of our sins, and that he rose again on the third day can go to heaven. whoever means everyone.

... we should hate the sin, not the sinner ...

Describing a person's sexual orientation as a sin is hateful toward gays.

Just because you hve been brainwashed into political correctness, does not mean that people have no choice who they sleep with.

Do you know how many husbands have desires to sleep with other women? Should they act on their sexual apetite, or should they make the choice to stay true to their wife?

You believe Gays have no choice in who they have sex with, even though many people now calling themselves gays, choose to get married, have kids, and then down the road deciding to come out of the closet.

It's a choice no matter what you say concerning their apetites for unnatural sex. There are a thousands fetishes out there, and we all have the right to decide for ourselves which ones we believe are unnatural.

When we say an adulterer is a sinner for acting on his promiscuous desires, you say nothing, but when we say it about gay sex, you say we are being hateful.

God hates all sin, but forgives anyone willing to deny our own sinful desires. It matters not what sins you disagree with because we all have our own opinions on what sins are sins.

For people with faith in God, we take his word as the truth and base our beliefs on the moral values lifted up in the Bible. For you to judge Christians for their beliefs makes you the same judgmental person you complain about.

Christians do not care what other people do in the bedroom, as long as they do not try to force us all to sanction it as normal and naturral. We want our children raised in a society that does not lift up every unnatural sexual orientation as being normal.

We used to have the common sense to protect our children from controversial sexual topics. That was until the Progressive Left declared war on our nation's value system.

No. I don't think so and I think it's mostly for the reasons most people on this side posted.

Does God hate criminals? No, God does not hate anybody, God loves everybody, but God does not necessarily approve of homosexual behavior.

This is according to Christianity. Other religions may have different beliefs on this issue.

Each person has their own vision of god. I believe that he doesn't, because why did he create them? Also, it's stupid to take the word of the Bible literally, because the people who wrote it were affected by the politics of the time.

And why would god hate abortions? Why would he hate gays?

It's love, and it's no different from heterosexual love. Did Heteros decide to be heteros? NO.

These questions won't be answered by the Church, because they can't tell you what God himself(not the bible) says about gay marriage.

God tells us what He says about sodomites, sodomy, and marriage in His word. You don't have to read it or believe it, you are free to claim ignorance.

Leviticus 18:22King James Version (KJV)

22 Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.

Proverbs 6:16-19King James Version (KJV)

16 These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:

17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,

18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,

The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever. (Psalms 12:6-7)

Now therefore hearken, O Israel, unto the statutes and unto the judgments, which I teach you, for to do them, that ye may live, and go in and possess the land which the LORD God of your fathers giveth you. Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.

(Deuteronomy 4:1-2)

Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar. (Proverbs 30:5-6)

Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away. (Jesus Christ, Son of God) (Mark 13:31)

For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. (Revelation 22:18-19)

I am very firm in my belief that God exists. I also believe that the Bible is His true, holy Word. I believe that He, using men as His tool, wrote it. And that is what it says in the Bible. What would Christians do without the Bible? It is the foundation on which we place and build our faith. If we cannot believe the Bible then we are truly lost.I just presented you with what God has to say on the matter. God didn't create gays. He created the people. People, by their own nature are sinners. Man laying with man and woman laying with woman is a sin. Killing innocents is a sin. He states both things clearly.

In reality, it is impossible to separate a god from those who are its idolaters and who claim to represent him.
