ok im a terrible speller and im so so sorry please bear with me ...does anyone know how to use a micro wave.....well sure ...you do ...but do you know how it works ...it is wave energy that is in resonance with water molecules and causes them to go into thermogenesis ......and if the sky has water molecules in it you could ...in theory just use microwave energy to cause thermogenesis ....this in turn would alter natural weather systems because weather works much the same as ocean current with salt and temp ...I need to keep this brief as there are proprietary laws in place for this system and darpa doesn't mess around with this at all Side: Yes, it's very possible

well sir I thank you for the opportunity to debate on this silly subject ...please google weather weapons treaty 1977....this is a real treaty really signed by real nations because of real weapons that really work ...if you would like I can probably put you to sleep with the real basic science behind this ....lol ...I say basic to make me feel way cool ....although it has been going on that I know of since 1964 it was a darpa project ...I think if you got time also google the philidelphia project this is scaler energy ...I just love point to point straight line electro magnetics.....everything your used to is wave electro magnetics...but some where between this wave is a area known as point to point beyond the speed of light electro magnetic theory....instead of a wave of energy that is subject to superposition as it applies to the wave that resonate and waves that cancel...this is slow and is like a dumb bomb from ww2 they theory behind these was just drop enough to be sure you hit what your lookin to hit.....were as laser and gps guided missels of today have a more point to point more effective system ...scaler is this way of sending energy from one place even trans dimensionally to a specific point some where else no waves just point to point ...oh yea ....now im sorry I may have went off topic a smidge ....weather weaponry is just (im not sure what proprietary laws are in place here so I will be brief )....is just a way of realizing that wind is created by heat on the earths surface in conjuction with water evaporation...think of salt dumping from ice caps to create currents in the ocean ....I love math math shows that every thing replicates the same way from the least particle to the mating of animals ...so as above so below ...in this process well if you had an energy system that could heat air or surfaces on the earth also vice versa you could cool the air and cool the surface using wave energy ........ all heat is is a wave freaquency of energy.....this is how you microwave food you send a specific wave freaquency that resonates with water molecules and causes them to basically go into thermogenises .....hence the word wave in microwave this tells you this wave is very small and very tight together....so if water molecules are in the air could you not use a large microwave to heat them.......so on and so on.... It's a fun conspiracy theory but I find that highly unlikely. Much of the US economy hinges on good or at least predictable weather trends (trade, manufacturing, agriculture, transportation, tourism, etc). Keeping things completely steady would be the goal of weather control, not to F the whole thing up. Our recent years of extremes and unpredictability could only be proof of a failed effort to control the weather, not actual control. Side: No, that's ridiculous
No, silly! Everybody knows that NOAA controls the weather! LOL Btw...I am writing a novel on a global warming comspiracy where the government knows global warming is real and so they have made all the thermometer manufacturers alter their instruments so they read lower and cover it up from us. It's entitled.....If you can't stand the heat..... Pretty cool, huh? Side: No, that's ridiculous
