Does Religion Ignore Reality?
I was reading a heated trail of arguments between Nummi and Axmeister about whether or not the Bible is evil, and a topic that kept recurring (especially in Nummi's arguments) was that religion was something that ingored reality and is therefore illogical.
I wondered if anyone else thinks that religion is illogical and what people think about religion ignoring reality.

no. in the bible, they do state things about reality. for example, they state thr facts about evil and corruption and death and killing,jealousy,hate, and etc. they also talk about things that we all do today. its not like my little pony by trying to say that the planet is perfectly perfect or anything like that. its not sugarcoating anything and explains everything about earth, from good to bad, the facts of life and realities in it. now that doesnt mean im completely against atheists at all. i dont agree with them, but i do understand them and where they come from(opinion wise).
