First of all infinity does not equal infinity. Why? Infinity is not a quantity. It is a characteristic. The characteristic of real numbers for example in terms of infinity is that no matter how large a number, it can be succeeded by another number, no matter how small. As for a line, the geometric definition is a set of points that extends indefinitely in either direction. The definition of a midpoint is a point between to fixed points. Let's say for the moment the line has a midpoint. That means it is in between two fixed points. But according to the definition of a line, thee are no fixed points. There is a contradiction here. Therefore a line has no midpoints. Side: Nuh uh!
