Does crime indeed "Not pay"?
Sure it's a catchy clever thign to say, but in actuality is it true? Please provide some sources, or facts I generally don't know which side to be for.

It all depends on what social class you belong to. I poor man steals 50 dollars and gets thrown in prison for a year or two. A rich man steals a hundred thousand dollars and gets off scot free. We need an equal justice system where crime does not pay for anyone regardless. Side: Yes, crime does not pay

In order for society to function at all it takes those who break it's rules. Those who use cheap immigrant labor, supply drugs etc. People don't take all laws seriously and that's what allows for free behavior, the flexibility that makes everything function, that even makes the broken law function. Measures against illegal immigration for instance should be just the right strength, so they have no rights, but so we don't get caught. Side: Actually crime does pay
