The government seems to want to force sexual equality upon everyone. The west (mostly England and America) seems to have this common misconception that it is superior when it comes to gender equality, even though it has yet to see a female prime minister (apart from England - once) or president, whereas most eastern countries have had several without it being an amazingly big deal. They tend to be more secure about themselves and their position in society. This is one of the biggest issues in England and I'm sick and tired of women complaining 24/7 and the government interfering 24/7. If everyone showed some patience and tolerance, shit would get done in the right way. Side: yes

If anything, it is degrading for women. It's implying that women aren't good enough to get in on their merit, so they need to get in by their gender. Gender equality should be about giving women equal opportunities to become educated and find jobs, not about giving them a free pass. Side: No
