It can come from both sources. For example: I know that after an odd number will come an even number. I have not counted every number, though I understand the way numbers progress, and can deduce (by reason) that this is so. Or I can say, from experience, that you and I are typing in the English language. Though, none of these pieces of knowledge are purely rational or empirical. Side: Rationalism (Reasoning)

It's like asking "Could a virgin know the world slut? The minimum argument length is 50 characters. The purpose of this restriction is to cut down on the amount of dumb jokes, so we can keep the quality of debate and discourse as high as possible. Side: Rationalism (Reasoning)

Chomsky proved that children had the capabilities to LEARN grammar, but there were no "built in" grammar rules that we were born with. I still don't see that evidence even proves that knowledge comes from rationalism, your faulty argument tries to demonstrate that we our born with knowledge. Side: Empiricism (Experience)
