Of course, for it is paper and paper comes from trees. That's the same thing as asking if tomatoes come from tomato plants.

If your currency, and this will sound crazy, was leaves, sticks, apples, peaches, or something then one can say that money comes from trees.

I had a tree emergency last month when a storm knocked down a massive tree in my backyard. I reached out to a local tree service, and they came to the rescue immediately. They skillfully removed the fallen tree, cleaned up the debris, and even offered suggestions on how to prevent similar incidents in the future. Their quick response and expertise saved me a lot of stress. https://treeserviceschampaignil.com/

If I have an apple tree full of apples, I can pick them, sell them, and get some money. It just takes work.

Your example didnt say anything about the money coming directly from the tree. You just used the apple example to show the exchange of currency.

Money has to be manufactured anyway, so it doesn't grow anywhere. I am talking about a shift in thinking. Let's say actual money did grow on trees. But, if the money was left on the tree to long it would get damaged and no one would except. Also, if you don't leave it on the tree long enough it can't be exchanged. Now it starts to sound a lot like an apple, doesn't it. It is the same thing, it just takes one extra step of exchanging the apples for money.

No, the soil is too acidic. Speaking of acidic; it could be argued that acid grows on rye.

If anyone gets that, please give me a 'what what'.

Paper comes from trees. Money grows in the minds of powerful men. Whatever you want can be money if you have enough influence and enough people are willing to put faith in your 'money'.

Side: No

That does make sense. I was going to dispite but your claim is completely valid.

If your talking about coins then no. If your talking about notes then still no, as the paper money is made of a special, cloth-like paper not made from your bog-standard tree. Plus, even if they were, they wouldn't GROW on trees, they'd be MADE of trees wouldnt they?
