I don't see how either of them make any sense, and I don't think they are mutually exclusive.

Monotheism is the doctrine or belief that there is only one God, according to Google.

Pantheism is a doctrine which identifies God with the universe, or regards the universe as a manifestation of God, according to Google. (I'm sure there'll be controversy over that definition, and I don't quite understand what it means)

Pantheism could therefore be monotheistic - (one) God being identified as/with the universe.

Either way both doctrines/beliefs seem awfully presumptuous due to a lack of sufficient evidence for either.

Is there a specific reason that you ask this question?

Note: The second definition of pantheism on Google is "the worship or tolerance of many gods." Perhaps you were referring to that one?

In which case I'd still say that neither of them make sense, but perhaps monotheism makes more sense due to the fact that monotheism is a simpler situation than having lots of gods, and simpler explanations are thought more likely to be correct - see Occam's razor.
