Does music help you concentrate?

Yes

No

Music definitely helps me concentrate, it also feels fluid and free when I'm playing my geetar, being in the zone is a great feeling; when in unison, tempo is on pace, notes on key, almost perfect in its essence.

When listening to music while doing work, or reading, the melodies and tones I hear tightened my consciousness allowing me to focus on whatever it is I was doing, in a better way.

Depends. The stuff I normally listen to gets me completely unfocused and just caterwauling in my room. However, shit like this could concentrate an alcoholic with ADHD.

Getting serious up in this bitch

Most of the time, yeah! It can pump me up, make me cry, make me smile and make me think. Nothing can always make me concentrate considering I have ADD but it can help. I sometimes do homework or write while I listen to music, It for sure makes me work.

Ummm... I'm not sure. I have some music playing right now and I can't make up my mind???

Side: No

No, I even consider it a distraction. I prefer to think in silence, but then again I've rarely seen anyone else think at all.

Side: No

No I can't think and listen to music at the same time to me its just a distraction but at times I will listen to some music when I am in a good mood.

when ever i am listening music i will be distracted and instead of that we can read our holy book, pray,or read moral stories

Side: No

No, because when music comes on that I know I just wanna sing so music definitely doesn't help me concentrate

Side: No

Music is detrimental to concentration. Music can relax me or excite me. When I am working on a project, I do not want music playing.
