I think they should be camouflage. It might make it easier to hide from crazed gun-men. Urban camo for school uniforms.

I say YES, Not to make them wear uniforms , but to have a general dress code , School is about molding a student to be a productive person in society and give them a good chance at becoming something in a society. It preps them for the rules they will have to comply with as adults , THE LAW.. there will always be things we have to comply with , that is part of a society that is civil.

Schools should enforce uniforms, becuase when you get to the real world to start working, in most cases, you have to wear a uniform for your job.

My school makes us wear uniforms but we sometimes have dress down days! I'm for this because I haven't been bullied ever expect in kindergarten but we still had to wear uniforms there too BUT the worst thing that happened was two things 1.i was called a slob and 2.i got frightened a bit and he apolized but he didn't mean it but then again I told the teacher but uniforms help because you can tell the difference between an intruder and a kid or adult who goes to this school and there's less bullying because YOU CAN'T MAKE FUN OF WHAT EITHER OF US WEAR BECAUSE WE'RE WEARING THE SAME THING AND MY GRADE'S REALLY FRIENDLY AND TAME so man was I lucky that I was In preschool for 2 years to get sochal delevent!

A dress code takes the guesswork on what a student should wear to school each day.

I am in a private school that requires uniforms to be worn. I don't believe this is a good way to remove prejudice against other people's clothes : it just makes you avoid the problem temporarily and doesn't familiarize you with differences in each person's fashion and how to accept them. I think it's more important to teach students how to respect each other, no matter what they wear. Actually, when I come to think of it, uniforms are disrespectful to everyone's right to express themselves through their clothes.
