So what if we will have less rebellion. That doesn't mean that we should let kids who are barely in high school drive around when they simply dont have the attention span. People are already driving underage, what sense would it make to lower it.

i get my l's in 10 days i think its getting to low whats next 13 year olds driving? and untill you hit around 25 the risk bit in your brain hasent developed

Kids are thoughtless, they have little capacity to judge risk, they have virtually no capacity to judge risk when it comes to a driver in another car, they make dumb mistakes constantly,

That's just the nature of being a kid.

I know that all the teachers and parents, they've taken it upon themselves to start calling these fetuses young adults.

But they're not. It's dumb to say that.

They're kids.

I mean, the brain isn't even fully developed until 23 or 24. At 17 I imagine it's mostly moosh.

But I think 18 is old enough to drive, I mean, an 18 year old is still pretty dumb, but driving isn't that tough. But no one still in High School should be allowed to drive. They're just too oblivious to the world.
