What you are is roughly 97% Polish, what makes you hit the markers for "Jew" is the mixture of semitic and near eastern DNA which is actually insignificant quantity wise. In other words calling yourself 97% Ashkenazi Jew is like calling yourself 97% Nigerian because of the tiny percentage of it you have, only it's worse because the test doesn't even quantify how much actual semitic or Ashkenazi DNA you have. Instead it sees you hit certain markers so it arbitrarily calls you a Jew even though most of that 97% is regular Polish DNA. If you took someone with no Jewish ancestors who had a little bit of Palestinian DNA and Turkish DNA but a majority of European DNA the test might actually think they are an Ashkenazi Jew because they hit the same genetic markers. That is how arbitrary it is, and why the word "Jew" has no scientific relevance. It is nothing more than a conflation of culture and race.

I am curious how this is even a defendable topic. Really? Hello Chicken: A couple years ago, as I do regularly, I mentioned that I'm a Jew.. Out of the blue, and with no proof whatsoever, some antisemites here began claiming that I'm NOT a Jew.. It was nuts, really.. It's STILL nuts.. Yet, their hatred forces them to continue on.. One of the funniest attacks they had is that the DNA testing agency is owned by Jews, so of course, they lied about my test.. They insisted the lab had a stake in declaring me to be a Jew.. Of course, that's nuts when you consider that the DNA lab had NO IDEA if I was Jewish or not.. I didn't fill out an application.. I didn't tell them I was a Jew.. I simply sent in my swab.. But, the antisemites stuck with that argument for years.. Of course, it's stupid.. This whole thing about me being Jewish or not IS stupid. But, haters gonna hate.. What they didn't expect is a Jewish warrior like me who will DEFEND Judaism till the end of time.. So, here we are.. Isn't the music cool? It's klezmer music.. Jews LOVE it. excon 1
