That is correct. Bush's approval at one point sank to 25 percent. It also jumped at one point up to 90 percent (the highest of any president in the last 80 years), but I see you "forgot" to mention that. His average approval rating was 49.4 percent, which puts it 9.4 percent higher than Trump's.

The way he and his group handled the Covid-19 threat in the early beginnings of it would easily justify the low approval ratings. For a solid month, when he SHOULD have been taking it seriously, he and his flunkies on the news kept saying it was a hoax and joking about it. They were more interested in trying to slam Left-wing news than get actual information out there, someone even saying it was very difficult to get the virus. He and the Right wing 'media' spread so much misinformation it's a travesty.
