Females are veterans too

Back from combat, female veterans struggle for acceptance, why is this?

yeah... I know. It seems that they're complaining about how people don't know at first glance that they're veterans... okay.

Just how at first glance people tend to not notice if a short guy is an adult. It happens... but really, what do you want us to do about it?

I say, continue treating each other with equality. Let people think how they want (since this is a free country). If you have a problem, start your own organization increasing awareness, but otherwise, nothing can actually be done about human nature.

and yes, being pregnant is relevant.

I am curious, how is being pregnant relevant? In the article, she was not pregnant during her combat service, or sent home because she was pregnant. What exactly do you mean that it is relevant?

i'm gonna be honest; I didn't read the article clearly enough. I really don't know what the pregnancy part was referring to (badly constructed, maybe).
