Do you like the video blog, what would you like to see added/changed/deleted?

Overall, I thought it was pretty awesome for a first video. Got the information out concisely and clearly. If there was one thing I would have liked, (and this is just nitpicking), would have been an intro screen. You could have the CD logo, then fade in to the video.

I have participated in one challenge debate, and I enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately, they don't seem to be getting much exposure. I think they need to be made more obvious to the outsider, they seem a little tucked away. Also, I think the layout would be better with the perspectives style? It just makes it hard to view all the arguments when they're on both sides. But I don't mind either way.

We will be adding a donate/tip section. We would prefer the monthly recurring choices...and remember $2 goes a long way per month when a significant portion of the membership contributes.

That sounds cool. I'd definitely watch those streams. I can only think of two slight issues.

The first being time zones. CD is international (I'd guess mainly US and UK), so getting two or more people together at the same time may be difficult. But it's certainly not unassailable, and I'm sure a middle ground could be found.

Also, the feature may be very exclusive. Only those with the necessary equipment, space, and living conditions would be able to participate. While this probably isn't a problem for some members, it could be for some (myself being one).

But I think that's a very interesting idea.

We are trying to get to 50,000 registered members by this summer...do you have any ideas to get there? We will implement the best ideas and will likely run a contest to promote this effort!

If we keep up with all the new features, videos, publicity, etc, then that's definitely doable.

1. I didn't watch the video because I am at school and the school allows youtube but the video won't play. I will watch it when I get home.

2. Yes I like the challenge debates. I would like to see that the creator of the debate gets to decide who wins the debates.

I thought the video was quite good, I used to do vlogs when I was in high school and got several awards, the main factor you've got to focus on is confidence, enthusiasm and information - you nailed them all.

Ashamedly I feel like the new kid again. In my absence it seems as if I've missed quite a bit, and I honestly don't know what's going on with most things any more :P Help would be appreciated.

I've got to set up a new Paypal account as my prior one went crazy and I can't access it any longer, but as soon as I do I'll contribute what I can.

Sounds pretty good, I suggest some kind of age restriction if it's going to be open to all members though, just a suggestion.

I wasn't as nervous. Hahaha I prepared this time instead of just jumping in. I'm much happier with this video than the last one.
