Free Markets VS State Control

I know that a common answer is that there should be some kind of mix. This debate should be about which should have the greatest share of the mix.

I do not think there should be a mix; it is Free market that helps drive a free society of people. All of us have our notions of right and wrong. We have each have a moral compass (conscience) that is part of ourselves; though, there are those who do not pay attention to it. We also, each have a self-interest that we work from and this extends to resource material we collect individually, as property, to further our survival. So there is competition for these resources. Nature provides the material, but the man or woman must put forth effort in producing that which is useful to them. The more people you have the more competition there is. Yet, because each of us is unique and live different lives according to our own self-interest, one may not have the tools or capability to find materials necessary to achieve a personal goal. This opens up opportunity for another to come along who does have these things and a trade can take place.

This is human interaction and free-market provides the most liberty towards individuals to achieve what they wish to achieve; this can truly, only happen with voluntary interaction. The reality is, in our daily lives, that we each own ourselves and are naturally self-governing. This defeats any claim that one man or woman has over another in an attempt to control him/her. But without consent, no one has such a valid claim because our first property that we gain is our bodies and through our developing minds we gain more control over it as we grow from conception to adulthood. So there is no valid claim of one over another.

This destroys any sort of State-control because Individual rights supersede collective rights, as claimed by those calling themselves “government” or the state. The “State” does not exist without the Individuals who are a part of it.

To institute “State-control” hinders human interaction and leads to creating parasitic humans who feed off of the productive efforts of others and they have no right (valid claim) to do so. Each one of us, by living our lives as we choose, needs to take responsibility for our own conduct. If we are doing so without harming another, then, we are right in our conduct. If one does harm to another, intentionally, then, they are wrong; and hence have no right to do that action.

No doubt there are other factors or issues that one could raise, but this is tentatively, the best basic overview of my argument in favor of The Free-market.
